Harabara kabab is a north indian dish,which can be prepared very easy with simple ingredients and in less time.
Ingredients:
- Palak(spinach)-259 gms (finely chopped)
- Green chillies-1 no (finely chopped)
- Jeera-1 tspoon
- Ginger(op)-abt 1 inch piece (finely grated)
- Chat masala-1 ttspoon
- Green peas-1/2 cup (boiled and smashed)
- Aloo-1 medium size (boiled and mashed)
- Lemon juice -little(optional)
- Corn flour-for tightening.
- Salt -to taste
- oil-for deep frying
Procedure:
- Mix all the above ingredients in bowl.
- Seperate them into equal partitions ,make them into round balls and press them in between the palms(like masala vada).
- Deep fry in oil in mediun flame or u can shallow fry .
- Serve hot with any chutney or ketch up.
