Ingredients:
- Toor Dal-2 cups
- Dhaniyalu(corriander seeds)-1 cup
- Jeera-3/4 th cup
- Pepper corns-1/2 cup
- Whole red chillies-10 no
- Methi seeds-2 tspoons
- Curry Leaves -few
- Fry all the above ingredients in dry pan seperately one after other in medium flame till color changes and leaves nice aromo and curry leaves till they turn crispy.
- cool it down and powder them all together
- Store it in air tight container.
