Ingredients:


  • Toor Dal-2 cups
  • Dhaniyalu(corriander seeds)-1 cup
  • Jeera-3/4 th cup
  • Pepper corns-1/2 cup
  • Whole red chillies-10 no
  • Methi seeds-2 tspoons
  • Curry Leaves -few
Procedure:
  • Fry all the above ingredients in dry pan seperately one after other in medium flame till color changes and leaves nice aromo and curry leaves till they turn crispy.
  • cool it down and powder them all together
  • Store it in air tight container.
