Ingredients:
- Chicken---150gms(cut into small pieces)
- Water---2 cups(2 servings)to cook
- Tasting salt(china salt)---1 pinch
- Soya sauce---1 tbs
- Salt---Adjust to taste
- Pepper powder---Adjust to taste
- Green chilly---1
- chilly sauce---1tsp
- Chicken Pakoda(cut into small pieces)optional
- Egg white---1egg
- Corn Flour---1tbs
Preparation
- Cook chicken in the water with salt
- when almost done add pepper, tasting salt, green chilly, soya sauce.chilly salt.
- cook for 5 min
- Meanwhile in a cup mix egg white and corn flour with spoon properly.
- Pour this mix into the soup from some height, so that the egg forms into strips.
- cook for 2 more min.
- Before serving add the chicken pakoda pieces.
