Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients:

  • Cooked Rice---2 servings
  • Butter or Ghee---2 tsp
  • Eggs---2
  • Onion---1/2(cut into slices)
  • Green Chillies---3-4(slit length wise)
  • Tasting Salt(China Salt)---2 pinches
  • Pepper Powder---Adjust to taste
  • Salt---Adjust to taste
  • milk or water---2 tbs

Preparation:

  • Add the salt, pepper and tasting salt to the cooked rice. Keep it a side.
  • Put the Kadai on the stove, add butter or ghee to it.
  • Add green chillies and onion slices.
  • Fry till onion turns golden.
  • Now add the eggs and water or milk to it.
  • Slowly stir the egg to scramble it.
  • Once half done add the rice.
  • Mix properly and cover the lid. Cook on medium flame until done.
  • Serve with either egg curry or chicken curry.
