Ingredients:
- Cooked Rice---2 servings
- Butter or Ghee---2 tsp
- Eggs---2
- Onion---1/2(cut into slices)
- Green Chillies---3-4(slit length wise)
- Tasting Salt(China Salt)---2 pinches
- Pepper Powder---Adjust to taste
- Salt---Adjust to taste
- milk or water---2 tbs
Preparation:
- Add the salt, pepper and tasting salt to the cooked rice. Keep it a side.
- Put the Kadai on the stove, add butter or ghee to it.
- Add green chillies and onion slices.
- Fry till onion turns golden.
- Now add the eggs and water or milk to it.
- Slowly stir the egg to scramble it.
- Once half done add the rice.
- Mix properly and cover the lid. Cook on medium flame until done.
- Serve with either egg curry or chicken curry.
