Ingredients:
  • Brinjal---2 small(cut into pieces)

  • Lady's fingers---4-5(cut into 1inch pieces)

  • Pumpkin---6-7 cubes

  • Bottle guard---6-7 cubes

  • Raddish---6-7 pieces

  • Tomato---1 small(cubed)

  • Sweet potato---6-7 pieces

  • Tamrind---big lemon size

  • sugar---3-4 tbs

  • Salt---as per taste

  • Turmeric---2 pinch

For Tampering:

  • Mustard seeds---1/4 tsp

  • Red chilly pieces---4 to 5pieces

  • split black gram---1/2 tsp

  • curry leaves---10 leaves

  • Oil---1tsp

Preparation:

  • Put the vessel on stove. Put oil in it. Add all the ingredients for tampering. add tomato pieces once they splutter.

  • Take pulp out of tamrind by adding 2, 3 glasses of water. Add salt, sugar and turmeric to it.

  • Add this tamrind juice to the tomatoes.

  • once it boils add all the vegetables to it.

  • Once it boils reduce the flame and let the veggies cook.

  • Once they cook check the taste.

  • Serve with steamed rice.
